  29. You're right.  I see more than a 3:1 ratio of lines-of-code between an AREXX
  30. script and it's equivalent C plugin -- even writing it as efficiently as
  31. possible.

  33. To add to David's wonderful imagery, AREXX is like operating an automobile
  34. from the driver's seat, while C is more like driving from on top of the
  35. engine.  Of course, if you've been writing C/C++ for a lot of years, you
  36. tend to prefer that well-worn seat on top of the carburetor, because you get
  37. to let your tongue hang out in the wind and you get a much better view.  =|^)
